I’ve never really understood why so many people find it so hard to exercise…why???  I read an article a long time ago about reaching your goals and the gist of the article was that we do the things we really want to do and put aside/put off everything else.  Now of course if you really want to be successful at something, anything, be it a famous movie star, a successful entrepreneur, or a famous animal balloon making person, you don’t just wake up one day and that’s it you’re it.  You must do the things that will get you there.

So bottom line, do you want to be healthy?  Do you really want to be healthy?  If your answer is yes then it’s simple – go exercise, eat healthy and try to eliminate toxins from your life as much as possible (this is a hard one because they are everywhere!).  Stop with all the excuses, they are all pathetic excuses and at the end of the day they get you from zero to nowhere.
